How do I change my account name?

1. From any page, access your account settings by clicking on your initials or profile picture in the upper right hand corner of the page
2. In your account settings click on “Personal Information”
3. Enter your new first name, last name, and email address
4. (This step is optional) Add a profile picture
5. Click “Update Information” to confirm the change

If this appears, something went wrong and your account details hasn’t been updated. Please review the message for more details, or contact our team for further assistance.

Updating your email

If you update your email address, you will need to verify the new one before it is applied to your account. After saving your changes, a verification code will be sent to your new email inbox. Enter that code in Rackables to confirm the update. Your new email address will not be active until it is verified.

Once your changes are saved and verified, your account information will be updated immediately. Keeping your details current helps ensure you continue receiving important account notifications and support updates.
