How do I change my Rackables password?
- From any page, access your account settings by clicking on your initials or profile picture in the upper right hand corner of the page
- In your account settings click “Change password”
- Enter your current password, your new password, then confirm your new password
- Click ‘Change Password’ to confirm the change

Password Requirements
When creating a new password for Rackables, make sure it meets these requirements
- Length is between 8 and 40 characters.
- Contains both lower & upper case letters.
- Contains numbers.
- Contains special characters.
- New password must be different from current password
What happens after you change your password
If you change your password, you’ll be signed out of everywhere and will need to sign back in everywhere else that you access rackables from.
How often should you change your password
It’s a good practice to update your password every few months. Regular password refreshes help limit the time an old or exposed password remains in use. If you ever notice unusual activity on your account or just haven’t updated it in a while, changing your password is a quick way to keep your account secure.
